After more than 14 years leading infrastructure, operations, and waste portfolios in local and state government – I know exactly how tricky it can be to deliver change while managing day-to-day chaos.
I’ve managed $250 million infrastructure programs. I’ve run waste, fleet, and works departments. I’ve presented to boards, navigated industrial disputes, and implemented cultural change. And I’ve done it all with sleeves rolled up, a clear head, and a focus on outcomes that matter to communities.
Now, I work with councils and infrastructure firms across Victoria who need expert support without the hand-holding – or the fluff. Whether it’s stepping into an interim executive role, running a time-critical project, or helping a stretched team get its Road Management Plan over the line, I’m here to make your job easier.
